Kickworldwide Football In The Neighbourhood Program was created to foster better links between football clubs and their local community.

The program provides a genuine connection between the local community and the football club, working to foster better relationships and support community projects.

Our team have been providing neighbourhood initiatives for more than 30-years, supporting a variety of projects in the UK and around the world.

The program encourages all professional (and some semi-professional) football clubs to create bespoke neighbourhood programmes.

They include developing partnerships with local schools and community groups to deliver bespoke healthy living and fitness programmes, identify young talent in the neighbourhood and establishing competitive school and neighbourhood leagues.

Key Outcomes:

• Creates a national network of neighbourhood programmes attached to all professional and semi-professional clubs.
• Promotes awareness of a wide range of leisure activities for all ages including women’s sports such as walking football.
• Creates employment for young people from the Football Institute/University.
• Encourages citizens of all ages to participate in leisure activities improving health.
• Encourages Volunteers and assists with grassroots football development at all ages.
• Encourages young people to engage with their local professional football club, increasing their supporter base.
• Encourages young people to take pride in their local team and their national team.
• Creates inter-school tournaments again encouraging mass participation (boys & girls).
